Chic Cocktails featuring Balvenie Whisky

CHIC COCKTAILS – Featuring Whisky cocktails

Melissa McAvoy

Tis the season to giving thanks and celebrating friends, family and toasting to the new year. More than just gin and tonic these days, mixologists have crafted a fresher and more innovative approach to cocktails than ever before, using herbs, fruits, liquors, and syrups to make a classic drink an experience.

There’s no better time for cocktails than the holiday season. At corporate parties and social events, clients want to eat, drink, and be merry. We took a moment with premiere whisky brand The Balvenie to pick some of their top cocktails that bring inspiration to create festive signature drinks.

Having the honor to experience and talk whisky cocktails with long-time friend and colleague David Laird, US Ambassador for the The Balvenie; we teamed up to create, share and show how whisky is enjoyed at every occasion. These cocktails show that a good single malt can be used in many different ways.
